Please note that we do not bear this cost. At MY ALMARI, we use Bluedart/Vichare Courier Service, depending on the location and price of the product.

If you wish to buy an item on Cash on Delivery, an additional charge of ₹1000 will be added to your final order.

• You have up to 3 days from the day of receiving the product(s) to initiate the return process.
• All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with their packaging intact.
• Please ensure that all items are shipped using a trackable shipping method.

In the case of returns/exchanges, please be aware that MY ALMARI cannot refund the shipping fee. If you choose to proceed with the return, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is only possible after the delivery is received by the customer. The customer will incur the shipping charges for the return of canceled products. No cancellations will be accepted without the original tag. For all accepted cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
