PRICING

At My Almari, our pricing is based on a thorough evaluation of each item’s description and condition as detailed in the provided form. Our team considers the intrinsic value of the item as well as its anticipated resale potential, ensuring a fair and competitive price. Please note, all prices are inclusive of taxes.

AUTHENTICITY

At My Almari, authenticity is our top priority. Every item undergoes a rigorous, two-factor authentication process led by our in-house experts and supported by globally recognized authenticators such as LegitGrails. We work closely with these trusted partners to authenticate a variety of luxury brands. This thorough process, typically completed in 1-3 business days, ensures that every piece meets the highest standards of luxury and authenticity. Each item comes with a unique certificate of authenticity, giving you full confidence in every purchase from My Almari.

COMMISION

Our standard commission is 30%, allowing sellers to retain 70% of the final sale price. For items that are brand new, My Almari’s commission is reduced to 20%, maximizing your earnings on unused products. For products valued above 5 lakhs, we offer a better commission rate—please contact us directly for more details.

Sales Process

When an offer is made on your item, we’ll reach out to you via email/whatsapp(only if the product is with the seller). Sellers then have 7 days to dispatch the item to us; note that shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

PAYMENT

Once your item is sold, we’ll notify you promptly. Payment will be transferred to you within 2 weeks of the sale.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

For luxury items valued at 50,000 INR and above, or for groups of items with a combined value of 1,00,000 INR and above, we offer a complimentary pick-up service within Mumbai.

AUTHENTICATION

Our world wide panel of experienced and licensed authenticating experts are partnered with us to determine the quality and genuineness of a product.
