2. Global Third-Party Authentication

After our in-house inspection, we send high-quality images of the item to internationally recognized third-party licensed authenticators, such as LegitGrails and Luxury Authentication Australia. These experts apply their extensive knowledge and advanced tools to verify the authenticity of the item based on the images provided.

3. Specialized Hermès Authentication

When it comes to Hermès, one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands, we rely on Bababebi, a globally renowned expert specializing in Hermès authentication. Bababebi’s unparalleled expertise ensures that every Hermès Kellys or Birkins we consign is thoroughly vetted for its provenance and legitimacy..

4. Certificate of Authenticity

Once the item has successfully passed both the in-house inspection and third-party verification, we receive a Certificate of Authenticity from the globally recognized authenticators. This certificate assures our customers that the item is genuine and verified, providing complete trust in every purchase.

At MY ALMARI, we prioritize the quality and safety of every item we ship. All shipments are dispatched from Mumbai, India, and each consigned piece undergoes a stringent quality check before being sent out.

Once payment is received, delivery will be completed within 14 days. For faster delivery, expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Cash on Delivery:

A ₹1000 charge will be added to your final order for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide guidance on how to return the item for a full refund or store credit.

Please note:

• No refunds will be accepted without the original tag and safety seal.
• You have up to 3 days from the day of receiving the product(s) to initiate the return process.
• All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with their packaging intact.
• Please ensure that all items are shipped using a trackable shipping method.

In the case of returns/exchanges, please be aware that MY ALMARI cannot refund the shipping fee. If you choose to proceed with the return, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is only possible after the delivery is received by the customer. The customer will incur the shipping charges for the return of canceled products. No cancellations will be accepted without the original tag. For all accepted cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
