Once the item has successfully passed both the in-house inspection and third-party verification, we receive a Certificate of Authenticity from the globally recognized authenticators. At MY ALMARI, we prioritize the quality and safety of every item we ship. All shipments are dispatched from Mumbai, India, and each consigned piece undergoes a stringent quality check before being sent out.

Once payment is received, delivery will be completed within 14 days. For faster delivery, expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

• You have up to 3 days from the day of receiving the product(s) to initiate the return process.
• All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with their packaging intact.
• Please ensure that all items are shipped using a trackable shipping method.

In the case of returns/exchanges, please be aware that MY ALMARI cannot refund the shipping fee. If you choose to proceed with the return, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is only possible after the delivery is received by the customer. The customer will incur the shipping charges for the return of canceled products. No cancellations will be accepted without the original tag. For all accepted cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
