Once the item has successfully passed both the in-house inspection and third-party verification, we receive a Certificate of Authenticity from the globally recognized authenticators. BUYERS – Once the payment for a product is received, we require a maximum of 14 days for delivery. If you need the product earlier, please contact us, and we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional cost. You will receive an email with the tracking ID once the order is shipped.

SELLERS – Once there is an offer on your registered product, we will contact you via email. You have upto 3 days to send us the product, and we recommend using trackable shipping companies. Please note that we do not bear this cost. At MY ALMARI, we use Bluedart/Vichare Courier Service, depending on the location and price of the product.

If you wish to buy an item on Cash on Delivery, an additional charge of ₹800 will be added to your final order.

• No refunds will be accepted without the original tag and safety seal.
• You have up to 3 days from the day of receiving the product(s) to initiate the return process.
• All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with their packaging intact.
• Please ensure that all items are shipped using a trackable shipping method.

In the case of returns/exchanges, please be aware that MY ALMARI cannot refund the shipping fee. If you choose to proceed with the return, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been collected by our delivery partners. In such cases, cancellation is only possible after the delivery is received by the customer. The customer will incur the shipping charges for the return of canceled products. No cancellations will be accepted without the original tag. For all accepted cancellations, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
