2. Third-Party Authentication — For international luxury brands, we collaborate with globally recognized authenticators like LegitGrails and Luxury Authentication Australia, who verify items using advanced tools and expertise.
3. Hermès Authentication — Hermès pieces, including Kellys and Birkins, are authenticated by Bababebi, a world-renowned specialist in Hermès verification.
4. Indian Designer Authentication — For Indian designer pieces, our in-house authentication team carefully inspects each item. These pieces come with a My Almari Certificate of Authenticity to ensure trust and credibility.

Every authenticated item is backed by a certificate, giving you complete confidence in every purchase from My Almari.

At MY ALMARI, we prioritize the quality and safety of every item we ship. All shipments are dispatched from Mumbai, India, and each consigned piece undergoes a stringent quality check before being sent out.

Once payment is received, delivery will be completed within 14 days. For faster delivery, expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Cash on Delivery:

A ₹1000 charge will be added to your final order for Cash on Delivery (COD).

For cancellations, returns, or exchanges, please contact us at contact@myalmari.in or via WhatsApp/call at +91 9167797122. We will guide you through the process for a refund or store credit.

For COD orders, please note that the ₹1000 COD charge paid online, along with the ₹299 shipping fee, is non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• Original tag and safety seal must be intact.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product(s) and shipped using a trackable method.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cannot be canceled once collected by our delivery partners. If already dispatched, cancellations can only be processed after delivery.
• Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days.
